appealed squash by a revolt led by eric cantor. although his remarks were brief, they sent shock waves through his conference, which was already extremely skeptical of the agreement, and perhaps looking for a leader. conservative opposition to the agreement stems from a host of issues, including that the deal does not include any spending cuts, would significantly add to the deficit and raise taxes on those making more than $400,000 a year. while the republicans were meeting earlier today, the congressional budget office came out with its scoring of the bill passed by the senate. another four dollars trillion in deficit spending is what they scored its ad for the next nine years, about $330 billion in additional spending. the senate did not pass any spending cuts. those were pushed down for about two months. that is where we stand now, waiting for the house to come back into session. waiting for the house conference to come back from their meeting. perhaps the leadership will speak to the press. we're ready for that. we spoke to our reporter who said that even if the house does c

districts and are always worried about a primary challenger. speaker boehner, eric cantor have not been overly supportive so far. they reserve the right to amend it. there are three options. we could all hold hands and jump off into the deep end together. that would be the house republican conference approving of this bill, at least enough of them joining the democrats to move it forward. you could also see house republicans try to amend it. that's what tom cole is talking about on your air. he doesn't think that would happen and doesn't want that to happen but it certainly is a possibility if some conservative house republicans say we don't like this part of the deal let's send it back over to the senate. that puts us in sort of a chaos with so little time. today is a free day. the markets close. what happens tomorrow if there is still not a fiscal deal in place? lastly if there is an all out rejection all bets are off, we're jumping over the fiscal cliff. it is up to john boehner to gauge how his conference is going to react to this bill and from folks i've talked to there is a little

congressman eric cantor, the house majority leader is pushing to cut the red tape. and since he does have out there, he actually has a shot at doing it. it's just too hard right now for businesses to continue to operate, gen all the onerous and burdensome regulations coming out of washington. and we want to make that stop so we can turn the country around and began to be a starter country again. know that the obama administration over the course of the term has imposed 400 regulations that impose more than $100 million of costs annually on small businesses. the small business administration has said that there are so many regulatory burdens on small business that it cost them $10,000 per employee. those are the kinds of things that we want to stop rig now so we can see more startup and jobs created. >> is one thing to hope for freezing regulations. but guess we had hoped for "a-team" canaday. if you don't know these regulations, you could be in big trouble. let's say that you stop adding to the regulations. that alone has prompted the obama administration say, well, republicans don't want
